General conditions and complaints:

The Flexi Travel is responsible for it services in each program. Each program was chosen in order to provide maximum quality. This company is insured according to the Portuguese law throught the insurance company.
Every vehicle has complete passenger insurance. The company takes no responsability for loss or damage not caused directly by our services.
Reservations: 7 days per week. 
Cancelations: within 24 hours are not refunded.
Complaints: Only the complaints made directly to the guide or representative will be accepted, until the end of the program, followed by letter to the company. No complaints on issues beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.) will be accepted.
Documentation: It is the client's responsability to bear all the necessary documentation to travel within or outside Portugal. Also to be present at the meeting point at the exact time indicated and confirmed with the company at the moment of the reservation.
The company shall hold no responsibility for the objects inside the vehicles.


When you make a booking online with www.flexitravel.pt you agree to the following terms and conditions:

www.flexitravel.pt is an online booking service to arrange transfers services to and from Faro airport and transfer services to and from Algarve golf courses. The service is for Algarve region, except if there is a special request, which will have a related rate. We operate all year from 3am to midnight.

The use of flexitravel.pt is under portuguese laws and in the event of any dispute over our services, you agree to submit the issue to us in first place and if not solved to the " Algarve Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre for consumer disputes – CIMAAL", web site adress: www.consumoalgarve.pt". CIMAAL offers an alternative way to settle consumer disputes out of court, through mediation and voluntary arbitration and provides information to consumers and professionals about Consumer Law.

The lead booking name is responsible for the booking payment. The booking terms and conditions references to the leading booking name, and to all passenger(s) including the person named on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.

Service rates are per occupant place. Infant seats, child seats and booster seats are places in the transfer, for that reason it is rated as an occupant place.

We counting on 2 suitcases per person. Any extra baggage (e.g. golf bags, bicycles, surf boards, or other large items) must be described at the time of booking. We cannot be responsible to carry any extra luggage not declared.

For cancelation the customer must notify us at least 48 hours before the transfer through the following email:This email address is being protected from spambots. Because financial transactions have a cost, in case of cancellation that cost will be charged and to be possible the refund, the amount returned will be 80% of the total paid by the customer.
